END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "You" or "Your") and Zoady ("Developer", "We", "Us" or "Our").
The software subject to this Agreement is Tailor Simulator and all associated content, updates, patches, and related materials ("Game").
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE GAME.
By installing, downloading, accessing, copying, or otherwise using the Game you acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. DEFINITIONS
In this Agreement:
"Game" means Tailor Simulator and includes all software, media, documentation, updates, patches, and any related materials.
"You" and "User" means the individual accessing or using the Game.
"Developer" means Zoady.
2. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.
3. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game and its content remain with the Developer or its licensors. You acknowledge that the Game is licensed, not sold.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
The Game may include features (such as the "Print Machine") that allow you to import or create content ("User-Generated Content").
By using these features, you agree that:
You are fully responsible for the content you import, upload, or create.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use such content.
You will not upload, import, or use any content that is:
protected by intellectual property rights without authorization,
sexually explicit or obscene,
discriminatory, hateful, threatening, or defamatory,
illegal or violates applicable law,
political propaganda intended to influence public opinion.
The Developer does not review or moderate User-Generated Content and assumes no liability for it or for your use of it.
5. USE RESTRICTIONS
You agree that you will not:
Copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code (to the extent permitted by law).
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Game.
Circumvent any security technology or digital rights management.
Any unauthorized use of the Game immediately terminates this license.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
implied warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose,
non-infringement.
The Developer does not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted access to the Game.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Developer or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Developer and its affiliates from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:
your breach of this Agreement,
your use of the Game,
any User-Generated Content you submit.
9. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination:
You must stop using the Game.
You must destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Developer with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
12. UPDATES & CHANGES
The Developer may update or modify this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Game following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
