4X Game Festival

Hello dear lords! Thank you so much for your support of the game over this long period.

My indie game will be participating in the 4X Game Festival hosted by Steam from August 11th to August 18th.

There will be relevant game discounts during this period. If you’ve been keeping an eye on my game recently, I suggest you wait a few more days.

This also gives me the final few days to conduct last-minute stability tests.

The game entered closed beta in February this year, and in July, we released a public update that replaced the old version—they can now be said to be completely different games.

The old classic version has been moved to Steam’s DEV branch. If you want to play the classic version, you can switch to it yourself.

However, the classic version does not have an English translation, while the remastered version has already added English support.

I’m extremely grateful to all the players who have been helping with testing during this time.

This is my first time participating in a Steam game festival, and I’m filled with excitement.

I hope you’ll enjoy my game! Please share your feedback, suggestions, or any dissatisfaction with the game in the Steam community—I will respond to each one and make corresponding adjustments to the game.

Introduction to the Current Game & What features can you play with?

• Play as a lord, general, king, or emperor of Catholicism or Eastern Orthodoxy.

• Govern vassals, members of the administrative system, and serve superior lords under different administrative systems.

• Different cultures bring distinct policies, technologies, and unique game mechanics

• Customize your standing army, ranging from equipment and training to awarding medals and unlocking special battalion skills.

• Develop your own territory and plan different categories of population

• Conclude treaties in your own or other lords' territories, and build private estates

• Characters can gain various relevant experiences through their behaviors to unlock different personal skills.

• Most interactions between characters depend on conditional exchanges: What do you want from me, and what benefits can I get in return?

• Expand your family, unlock new bloodlines, or create new branches, family trees, family laws, and bloodline skills.

• Use intelligence and spies to carry out different missions.

• Education and management of offspring

• Balance secular power and religious authority to obtain what you desire from religious leaders.

• Different eras come with different tasks and unlock era modifiers.

• Collect collectibles from around the world.

• The game map spans from the British Isles to Baghdad in the Persian region, encompassing the Mediterranean.

• Currently, the map includes 3,000 territories, with the Iberian Peninsula and the Rus' region still to be completed.

• The tutorial on the Norman invasion does not fully align with historical facts.

• Versions prior to 2022 have been placed in SteamDev, named the Classic Edition, and you can switch versions at any time.

• Sync Steam achievements to the remastered version

The above will be developed in order of priority.

Events, national policies, and cultures will be added from time to time, but after all the priority developments are fully completed, there will be a concentrated addition of more content.
