Why Early Access?

“OVIS LOOP is a roguelite game featuring a unique world and combo system.
Creating an action roguelite centered around a new combo system is a challenging endeavor for us. Throughout development, we aim to continually gather feedback from players to optimize and refine the gameplay experience. By doing so, we hope to present a well-balanced and polished game that aligns with our vision and ambitions when transitioning to version 1.0.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We are aiming to release the full version of OVIS LOOP approximately one year after the Early Access launch.
However, depending on changes in development direction, the official release date may be adjusted.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“While the full version may undergo significant improvements, it will generally retain the current progression structure of the Early Access version.
Our development focus is on expanding both the quantity and quality of content available to players. The narrative will also continue to be updated throughout Early Access, with ongoing content additions planned during this period.
Our current goals are as follows, though specific plans may change depending on development progress:

- Hard Mode update
- New weapons, skills, and modules
- Weapon upgrade system
- Additional scenario content and new events
- More challenge objectives”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game’s core mechanics are already complete, with a wide variety of combo builds currently available.
At present, the game includes 3 stages and 5 types of weapons, along with a limited version of Hard Mode.
We plan to continuously expand the building elements with additional skills, modules, weapons, and more.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“As OVIS LOOP continues to grow during Early Access, the scope of added content may lead to an increase in the recommended retail price in the future.
This will reflect the enhanced value and player experience brought by new content.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“During Early Access, we are eager to receive and actively respond to feedback.
You can leave feedback via our official Discord server (linked in the game) or engage in discussions on the Steam forums.
We will also monitor other social platforms for feedback.
Based on the input from our player community, we plan to make many changes and improvements.”

Although OVIS LOOP is our first game, we are dedicated to incorporating our understanding of action art into it to develop a high-quality game. If you enjoy fast-paced combat and satisfying, side-scrolling action, we warmly invite you to try out our demo.

About This Game

The story of OVIS LOOP begins with a "shepherd", a robot known as a deceiver.

In the wake of Dr. Wolf's devious plot, the sheep were massacred. The guardian robot, responsible for protecting the sheep, lost its memory data and was abandoned in a desolate corner.

By chance, the guardian robot transformed into a robo-sheep and must learn to face challenges alone and survive!

Will this lone robo-sheep, forced into a brutal struggle for survival against the wolves, be able to shoulder the world's hidden truths?

Engage your adversaries in kinetic combat, guided by robust and responsive controls.

Confront diverse levels and ever-changing enemy formations that relentlessly test your abilities!

In OVIS LOOP, you can download new skills from enemies' system after defeating them.

Instead of simply getting and using new skills, you can modify and transform them. Your innovative modifications allow for gameplay beyond imagination. Heavily-Modify your skills to overpower all the wolves, hack and slash all of them.

Embrace the thrill of hacker-esque, God-tier play by integrating unique effects or forging potent synergies.

Meet intriguing and powerful bosses as you grow stronger through your journey!

Each boss harbors stories and secrets about the world and its inhabitants, defeats them to glimpse the true nature of this world.
