We believe that game development today is a cooperative effort between developers and players. Involving player feedback early on enhances the game’s long-term success. Creating a game that truly resonates with players is challenging, and Early Access offers a fantastic opportunity for us to engage with the community from the start, evolving the game together to realize its full vision and potential.

We anticipate a 6-12 month Early Access period to allow for extensive iteration, digesting player feedback, and adding content.

We plan to introduce more playable characters, additional game modes, and expanded progression options for players to explore. We have exciting character design concepts we’re eager to share with the community in Early Access, along with plans to experiment with new game modes. While the campaign has seen subtle experimentation so far, we plan to be more adventurous in future updates. Additionally, we aim to deepen Coreless's meta-progression system to enhance replayability and will consider adding new items and artifact systems that integrate seamlessly with the expanded modes.

As of now, the Early Access version offers the core experience: 3 playable characters, a complete campaign mode with 4 stages across 2 difficulty settings, and a fully developed research system along with other meta-progression elements. This version serves as a foundation for future updates, giving players a taste of what Coreless has to offer.

Yes. Coreless will be significantly discounted in Early Access. We appreciate the risk Early Access players take, and as long as we have the basics covered, we’re happy to keep developing.

We’ll be attentive to player feedback, questions, and discussions, responding promptly and systematically gathering input to incorporate into development. The Steam forum will be our primary communication channel during Early Access. For major updates, we’ll provide transparent explanations of changes, our motivations, and how we believe they address player concerns. We’ll also monitor gameplay statistics and player videos to uncover hidden issues or opportunities. Collaborating with the community is our main focus during Early Access.
