"Too Late Forest" is a belt-scrolling adventure game in which a boy navigates his way through a mysterious forest.
The game has multiple endings, with the ending branching out when the boy turns back from the forest, where it will be too late if he enters.

The deeper the protagonist goes into the forest, the more his body gradually transforms into a beast.
It's up to you to turn back before it's too late for the boy, turn back in your preferred form, or keep going...
