About This Game

Nebula Cleanup Crew is a short length, roguelike bullet-hell game where you rescue your crew members by defeating waves of enemies leading up to bosses. Once a crew member is rescued you can play as them! The average session will last 3-10 minutes.

THERMAL WARFARE

Each weapon alters your ship's core temperature as you pave the way to a crew member needing rescue. Superheat or Superchill your ship to use powerful thermal special attacks!

FREEZE your enemies, then hit them with SCORCH damage to cause a FLARE blast outward from the enemy. Or, OVERHEAT them and then hit with FROSTBITE damage to create damaging ICE SHRAPNEL and more!

Defeat Nebula Bosses to rescue and unlock your crew members as playable ships!

CUSTOMIZE YOUR WEAPONRY 

Change what happens when in Extreme Temperature Zones! For example, COLD bullets double in size when fired while you're in a COLD Extreme Temperature Zone!

Also upgrade fundamental stats like ammo usage, weapon effects, and your COLD and HOT abilities. Unlock all the options for over 60 total upgrades!

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Single-player, fully offline close-quarters action gameplay: no internet required.

• 60 hand-crafted maps full of enemies to defeat, including 2 bosses. Each run features different maps and each map has a touch of procedural generation to keep things fresh!

• Designed to be short. Each session will last between 3 and 10 minutes.

• Over 60 upgrades for your weaponry, ship stats and abilities - many of them unlocked after completing various challenges.

• 4 custom music tracks!

• No microtransactions

Hello! We're a father and son dev team having fun creating our game in our spare time. Every part of the game's design, programming and art has been an absolute blast to work on together. We hope you enjoy playing it as much as we enjoy working on it!
