Auto-Detect Applications/Find button
Decent Icons finds things like my installation of Intel Rapid Storage Technology but doesn't show my Plex Media Player application installed in the very same folder. Why? Is it being filtered? Why on God's green Earth would I need a utility like that as an icon but not something like Plex Media Player?

Please consider adjusting the application to simply add all applications in the auto-detection.

Additionally, the "add" button to point to any app is called "MONTH". I clicked on it because it didn't make sense to have a button labeled "MONTH", but this is the "add" function.

Hi. The Add Games window filter's out the following keywords:
"Microsoft" "Version" "~" and "NVIDIA" as they included a very large amount of unnecessary drivers.

This isn't the reason Plex isn't showing up in the Add Games list. The reason is because the way software uses the Windows Registry is all over the place, and Decent Icons has to look in a lot of different places within the registry to find executables. I've checked and found where Plex keeps its registry information and it is not an area that the current version of Decent Icons checks.

I will add this to my to-do list.

However you can always drag and drop or use the "Browse" button in the Add Games window.
I understand it was saying the word "MONTH" on your end? That is very odd and definitely a bug I will address.

Thanks for your post.

It happens to me too!
lol

You might already know it, but it shows "month" in your Windows language, not the language you are using for the DI app.

Is this why I am seeing an error message "Can only add .exe files with this file browser."? when I try to add Excel manually?
