just lost 2+ hrs of customising my icons
occasionally when my decent icons starts it reads an error and asks to restore from backup, all fine I probably just force quit it. however i accidentally clicked reset settings instead of restore from backup and now all of my settings are gone. @dev just a suggestion to change this so it doesn't delete everything in the %appdata% backup folder or at least add a confirmation warning button here to save other ppl from this. if there's a way to get my settings back pls let me know

Hi, very sorry to hear you ran into these issues.
You can save and load profiles manually from the settings window. I would suggest making a profile this way once you have your setup how you want it and these will never be deleted when restoring backups or resetting to default.

If you do run into this again, you can access the backup files before they are replaced with new backups (which happens 1 by 1 whenever you save your settings)

If you haven't already saved more than 5 times than you may still have an automatic backup file.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to help, and thanks for your patience!

Sorry for the slow response, I was looking into ways to improve this situation.
In the next update, when the "reset settings" button is clicked it will automatically create a permanent backup setting just incase.

In the mean-time, remember to make a profile in the menu to prevent any loss in future.
I apologize for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience.
