What version of Windows are you on?
Also are there any other desktop customization software you are running?
Possibly you can add an option in the settings, with which you can disable the current behavior. (Basically I like the idea to have the possibility to minimize Decent Icons 2 with Win-Logo + D as well. But then you should be able to bring the app back to the foreground by clicking on "Reload Window".)
I haven't noticed an automatic scrolling yet. It could possibly be related to a faulty input device or driver and doesn't necessarily have to be Decent Icons 2. But who knows... Under Windows the wildest things can happen! ;-)
EDIT: And it's a little weird that there's no Reload-Icon in front of the "Reload Window" text, like it is for "Settings" and "Exit".
Or does restarting the program fix the issue?
I'm extremely eager to fix this issue ASAP as it is obviously integral to this program that it behaves as intended.
Do you both have multiple monitors, or a single monitor?
I wouldn't say it's a problem, at least not for me. However, with a click on "Reload Window" Decent Icons 2 should be displayed again, which it doesn't currently do after pressing Win-Logo + D. An option in the settings would be great to decide if Decent Icons 2 should be minimized by pressing Win-Logo + D or not.
I just re-installed this to my ssd(before hdd), it currently works really well.
When I re-installed to my hdd, the bugs appears like as before
The Win logo + D thing is consistently appears, and the automatic scrolling thing is appears sometimes. Maybe something is triggered this bug, but i donno well......
Anyway the icons does not disappear when I press Win logo + D now. Just as before when I'm using decent icons 1.
And the automatic scrolling doesn't appear, too.
I donno why these are gone, but the problem is that i installed decent icons2 in the hdd.... i think
I'm really thanks for the help and sorry about my foolish.....and my bad English.
I just released a patch with that uses a different approach that I'm hopeful will correct this issue.
@Buru, I'm glad you were able to fix this issue but please let me know if it occurs again.
@Eli Grim, please let me know if this issue is resolved.
And to respond to your suggestion of having the option to run Decent Icons not pinned to the desktop but to function as a normal window is something I would be happy to implement, and I've added this to my Roadmap.
SO: Windows 10 Pro 1909 18363.535
Single monitor
I also use Wallpaper Engine
With Win+M it stays on the desktop. I also have to say that before if I open a video in a window (MPC-HP) and then clicked the desktop, the program would stay above the video, this no longer happens. I didn't give it much importance because I see a video in fullscreen, and it didn't happen with other programs
What has changed is similar to Joseahfer, that Decent Icons 2 is no longer displayed on top of browser windows and other apps when leaving a full screen or maximized state - or when maximizing a window. This is very good.
Edit: I can confirm that Win-Logo + M and Win-Logo + Shift + M is working without any issues.
I released another hotfix, can you confirm if this has fixed the issue with Win+D?
As for the other issue of decent icons overlaying other apps when clicking the desktop, I am working on a fix for this issue ASAP.

I also just noticed that using something from the toolbar makes it disappears from the desktop as well.

Can't confirm that. On my PC Decent Icons 2 does not disappear using the toolbar.
Maybe it's only me but I do like that behavior.
