Hovering mouse over icons is not smooth.
Im having some issues where the icons on my screen seem to be refreshing at a rate of around 15fps, to the point where it is noticeably laggy and ruins the experience on my relatively powerful computer. I've tried changing the animation style in settings, but it still looks choppy.
