cant customize
today I started my PC and my tab where my games where was listed like uncategorized without the gear soo I can't remove the tab and/or rename, Soo was like, ok I can remake the icons and unninstalled the descent icons 2 exclued the paste in the steam paste and appdata, installed again and now I cant drag my icons, and pictures to customize, if I make the tutorial make the uncategorized tab again.

Can someone explain to me how unninstall the decent icons completely and make everything fancy again ?

a yes I tried before all this use the backup but my oldest backup was from the same day when I started my PC

You cannot remove the uncategorized tab, it will automatically disappear when there all icons have been set to a category. You can shift + click to move multiple icons to a category to make this quicker.
