When I try to open the software, nice animation is showing up on the middle of the white screen with word Loading 0%, after around 15-20 seconds a warning will pop-up with message: The network link is abnormal, please heck the network and try again ConnectionTtimedOut. Anyone with a solution !? Thank you in advance.
