Meth worker not doing anything

I finally created my first meth lab, I have 1 Cloudy Meth Station, 1 Fast Distiller, 2 Small cooling Racks, 1 Auto Crushing Table. I also have a large detoxifier, large dehumidifier, and large aircon. All stations report 3 stars for cloudy meth.

If I assign a worker to only cloudy meth, he sits there looking for work. He has access to all rooms. I even bought him a respirator and hazmat suit. He still won't even go to the meth lab to do anything.

If I set him to also load trucks thats all he does.

Any ideas?

I ran into issues with packaging. My workers were slowing down production. Until i realized that the storage packing tables were full with incompatible drugs in that storage room. Just make sure valid storage is available and packaging tables are programmed right. same with the work tabs of each person. not to mention valid space to move and operate the machines. i didn't realize till later that you have to have room to walk when you try and cram things in a small space.

I know I'm late to this issue, I had both clear and cloud cramped together and the cloudy workers were doing nothing. I just created a seperate area and it worked.
