Set your mopeds to ship at local business, in this case since you want new doors - the scrapyard. Go to dispatch tab, click one of your mopeds in garages list and click at scrapyard icon (the wrench). Doing this awards you points which then you can use to unlock doors. To unlock the door (along with other rewards), go to local businesses tab and find scrapyard.
