Repair Priorities
Something I've noticed while watching my engineers is that they spend most of their time just pathing between different objects that need repairs. The game doesn't seem to take proximity into consideration at all. It would increase their efficiency so much to have them just go to the closest repair object instead of seemingly any random one.

You can solve this issue by creating work zones for the engineers. Never really allowing them outside those zones will let them focus on smaller parts of the factory. Unless your talking about engineers at a work place in which case you should split up their work hours.

I'm just talking about engineers prioritizing the closest job instead of an arbitrary job. And where it becomes a big issue is when placing lots of traps outside.
