Storage is not being used

I have 5 full shelves of and trucks waiting for drugs but even then, employees will rather take fresh drugs, pack them and send them, instead of just taking ready drugs and sending those. Could I get any help with this issue please

I'm having the same issue. I've saved and loaded again and worked but then went back to being bugged, even replaced the shelves and the problem still happens.

got the same issue, I've seen them fill up my mopeds once and now they just run around doing nothing because all work stations are full, except for my trucks -_-
