Try setting your with shift workers, so instead of having staff break rooms and toilets, they just return home without taking a break.

E.g 1 work schedule for the first half of the opening hours and then a 2nd for the 2nd half of the business hours. The schedule you create for the workers can also be used for the cleaners.

Same here but I put 11 workers, 3 repair 1 cleaner with all different rooms under Laundromat , use them all, customer washroom only need 1 toilet, one sink and one hand dryer is good enuff. You need staff washroom and staff break room 100% require to avoid losing staffs.
