Endless Mode or stop being killed by mayor?

I dont care much for raids and at the end it say s the mayor doesnt want me selling cocaine and now he raids me every couple of days killing all my guys. Besides retaliation is there a way to stop him from attacking.

I make a lot of small mines, when they send out raiders, as soon as they get into my property start drop one by one as 3 square corner front of first one raider one by one till there are no more raiders and my engineers went out and repair all of the mines then put them away in my inventory till next raider repeat. :D never paid police either, they keep coming and failed to get enter my factory. Not even once get into my factory so far LMFAO
