How Do You "Purchase a business plot"
Criminal Education Program > Setting up a business.
1. Purchase a laundromat business license.
2. Purchase a business plot.
3. Set business type.

Purchased a laundromat business license - Tick.
Selected the icon at the far left, on the top of the screen. Selected one of the green 'For Sale' icons. Clicked on 'Purchase'.
Set business type to 'Laundromat'.
All with the game unpaused.

Only step one of the 'Setting up a business' has a green tick.
'Purchase a business plot' is not ticked.
'Set business type' is locked. "Complete previous steps to unlock"

Did I not buy a business plot?
What did I buy?
How did I set whatever it was I bought to be a Laundromat, if it wasn't a 'Business Plot'?

I'd guess that either you did not initially buy a suitable plot, or (more likely) did not buy the EXACT one that the CEP was pointing at - I think it needs you to buy a particular plot of land to complete this process and get the reward.

I believe it's the the third plot listed for sale, just buy that and you should get the reward.

You do have to purchase a particular plot. Not just any old one.

I had no idea you are supposed to click on the objectives in order to get exact instructions on how to complete them.
If a dev reads this, maybe consider some kind of highlight or any UI indication that the objective is not just a line of text. It is a 'button'.
