i cant load into any saves or make any new games
when i load a game or try and make a new one, it gets to 25% and then says it has stopped responding. ive verified my files and restarted my pc, not sure what else to do.

I have this same exact issue. It finally decides to load after at least 15 MINUTES!! Which is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
