possible bug

my workers keep dying in the meth labs. even with the gas mask and with a dozen large detoxifiers. and sometimes peoples heads explode randomly even in areas that show no toxic contamination on the overlay and are outside of airlock doors

update, having tested with a full hazmat suit, respirator, and meth gloves; they still die. meth is unusable and is actively killing my entire staff

Hi, it sounds like they are dying from low air pressure (head exploding). Try giving them austronaut helmet

I seem to be having the same problem. When I opened my save employees in my grow rooms were dead, including maintenance staff and security that were wearing astronaut helmets. Workers in meth production were fine but their staff rooms and been damaged.
