Factory worker schedule
My factory workers don't follow the schedule. They are always at work. My Laundrymat workers follow it just fine. It's the same schedule templates. Any insight? Thank you!

Factory workers don't go home and essentially are meant to work all day and night. I give them 6 hours of breaks throughout the day. 2 hours at two points and 1 hour at two other points.

Thanks for your response. Do they require a bed/bedroom? I have a breakout room and an employee bathroom.

Technically no, cause they can drink energy. However, a bed they'll recover energy faster.
