im 100% sure oyu need to sell drugs to make profit. I wanna doubt you can have a good start, as soon as the cops want you money i assume u go bankrupt (ok i dunno if they attack the stores)

not sure about fried chicken, but laundromart is feasible for passive income as I've tested, starts slow tho, but the police won't ask for money or attack stores.

Can confirm personally, you can run a fully legal business with no drugs involved.
No issues with cops or anything since you're not breaking the law.

Currently with two businesses I pull in just shy of $2000 a day and I have $35000 in the bank trying to decide which I'd like to open up next.
