Flaming Coke not being packed?

Is somebody having trouble with the flaming Coke? I just got the license for the product, but My employees just leave the product on the resting zone and thats it, they don't pack it nor use it. Its like it dissapear, its wierd, i'm close to 100% but This sh*t is fcking up My Game at This point.

Are any of your delivery vehicles set up for accepting flaming coke? When you say they leave it in the "resting zone" do you mean a shelf or a pallet?
