Beginner player here. I had a good thing going after my factory was doing well, so I opened up a laundromat. But when the deliveries of weed come by, the laundromat worker does not unload the delivery. I have a storage room and employees, but no one does anything with the delivery. After reading other comments, I restarted the game a couple times. After reloading the game, my 3 laundromat employees were gone, 0 employees. I got a new driver to come by and he did not unload the goods, but he did leave the box floating in front of the business. My new worker is not doing anything with the floating box.

What am I missing (aside from my employees that vanished)? How do I unload goods in my fronts?
