Hello I unfortunately still have the bug that maintenance personnel do not maintain the equipment. They regularly say "looking for work", although there is enough to do. When this happens, usually something must break until they "find" work again. This is especially annoying when things explode or catch fire, which costs me even more (new staff because the others were "fired").
