Can't unlock clear and moon meth

Bug Description: I was unlocked Small Refiner by University, but it didn't appear new selection in Factory in Meth lab.
Date bug was found: 2023-10-02
Game version: v1.0.3
Any video/screenshot/capture of any kind to help demonstrate the issue, and how to recreate the issue: FYI, I usually play in Japanese, but I don't know language effect this bug.

To make clear and moon meth you need to unlock the benches for each which are required to produce it.

The workflow for each is: clear/moon meth bench > refine > distill, cool, cut

You can't produce either from the basic meth workbench.
