What- Engineers Don't fix stuff unless its full broken.

How- It normally occurs when I reload my game, its as if the entity or whatever needs fixing did not exist until it was broken. The quickest fix I found was the quickly sell the item and replace is immediately. Problem is I have to do this every time I boot the game.
