1. What- All workers in the factory after a while will stop working and roam around. When checked their task is "Looking for work" The only way I can reset this state is by reloading the game but it will happen again after a while.

When- I can't really find a pattern. It seems to happen after the game has been played for long enough.

I hope this can be resolved because it's pretty frustrating to loose on profits when I don't catch it quick enough
