There's only enough employees for like 1/4 of the entire factory space after you automate all the lighting/watering etc. If you want to maximize the space and have as much production as possible even with everything automated theres only enough for 1/4 of the factory filled with weed not even enough for the other drugs.
Fun game, worth the price, just need's a little more polish.
I'd like the employee limit increased as well. However, I have managed to keep all stores stocked and just enough to fulfill orders (sometimes have to delay accepting an order); that's with no guards though.
I'm not sure if the latest patch addressed the issue where trucks don't get unloaded at stores in late game (I started a new game), but that could potentially free up some workers, or even trucks. Early game I can have a single 16 slot truck keeping stock at two stores.
Here is my end game staff numbers - not listed below is cleaners and engineers, Cleaners and engineers are like 2 each for weed and 3 each for the other two.
