You need to enable "Compatible with Vive only game" in pitools or else the locomotion doesn't work and it thinks you only have forward facing Rift tracking.

I almost refunded the game when it didn't initially work properly, but I remembered the pitool option for vive compatibility. I never needed to use it before, but it does the trick in this game.

Glad I stuck with it, turned out to be a great game.
