Controller Support?

Does this game offer controller support? Every other OJ game I've played allows it, yet this one seems to be the exception. Playing with a keyboard feels too restrictive too me, and I'm not having as much fun of a time as I should be playing this game with it. Can anyone confirm or deny that this game has controller support, and if so, why it isn't working for me?

The store page lists full controller support. Do you use an Xinput controller? If not, do you have Steam Input enabled (let Steam handle controller inputs)?
