Once the engine comes out of EA and things settle down in the bugs/issues side of things i'd imagine they will work on some type of generator, or someone else will release one. Bakin uses 3D and 2D sprites, so i dont see why you couldn't use existing character 2D generators if they allow the use of them in other engines. Ofcourse, the issue then is layout of the sprite sheets, those will have to be manually edited for use in Bakin BUT it's an option for now.
