This is why MOST people waits until the Unity exporter goes on sale, it usually goes on sale for around 80-90% off of its original price... but as of right now the sale for everything is quite a good one.. still.
what is true is that it is not very user friendly.
And it can take a long time to understand how the code works.
If your are talking about something more deeper like "engine" well... yes.
Its funny you should say that when over the past few days we've had people move from MV and MZ and all have said how much better Bakin is.. LOL! Me personally though think it depends on exactly what I want out of an engine for a game idea I might have, 1 might be easier to set up than the other for my needs.
But sure.. keep telling people to go backwards, LOL!
I certainly won't be, i'll stick with Bakin thanks!
and.. I totally understand Bakin will have it's flaws atm, it's EA, what do you expect?
Every RpgMaker i've played (since the very first one) and tried as EA have also had flaws, bugs, crashes, and bad issues.. just like every other program on the planet.. NOTHING is released in a totally perfect 100% state.
You know whats funny..? the fact you are spouting off junk here about Bakin when you dont even OWN Bakin or even one RPG Maker engine on your steam account, clearly trolling to try put people off buying it
For the record, I can name 7 games i've worked on as part of a dev team that's been released on steam and Nintendo consoles over the space of 8 years, but not gonna bother wasting my time or feeding the troll.
Lets get one thing straight, you DO NOT need an open source code for Bakin to edit YOUR own game made in Bakin.. all you need is the source for your OWN game.. so get over the idea that the developers will release ANY open source code of the Bakin engine itself, it's just NOT gonna happen.
The ONLY thing that WILL happen is if they release a Unity exporter then you will get complete access to your entire bakin game code THAT you've made that way, no other way. SO just get over it, you sound like a broken record.. and why are you even crying over code access any way? you don't own Bakin, so you have no merit in what your saying or doing here, other than just trolling.
essay in smile game builder i have 2,5k h and make game on nintendo u do nathing and spend on smile game builder 200 h u are joke :D and u need to get open code to get game to console u dont know what u talking about kid. Like u say dont buy Rpg maker unite who clear have open code and write game on unite but stand by your delusions
B:AH BLAH BLAH... waaaahhhhhhhhh! waaaahhhhhhhhh! is all i see here .. waaaaaaaaah!
And yes, you can see engines people have in their lists dumb ass.. I have plenty of people i can look at their list of games and such and it shows plenty of the enignes/game makers/asset tools they own.. LOL!
