What games can or can't be created with this?
I want to create a game to play with my friends. doesn't need to be very high polish or anything, but there are some features which I wonder if they can or can't be implmented with this (I don't have the final design yet, so some of those feature might contradict each other. I just want to have a general understanding here)

1- A Diablo / Path of Exile like Action RPG, with isometric view and fast real time action.
2- A turn based tactical game in the style of XCOM or Jagged Alliance.
3- Thirs person shooter rpg with cover mechanics like Mass Effect 2 or Metal Gear Solid 5.
4- A GM mode, where one player is the GM (or Host), and can spawn enemies or other such things in real time, and a bunch or other players (lets say about 4-6) are playing a character each.

Would like to know what are my options before I choose the correct tool, and before I make the actual design choices

My comments from the RPGM forum pretty much apply here too. It does not sound like this would be where you would start to create your project, frankly.

1. Can't do effective Action-RPG orientated gameplay.. YET! It takes a long time to set something like this up but it won't be great at the end. You can definitely set up an isometric camera angle on maps though. An effective and great A-RPG system might be able to be made properly using the C# function... if your competent in C#.
.
2. This is questionable, this depends on how well you understand variables, eventing, etc.. 'cos this type of system would need to be evented or coded using the C# function.
.
3. Probably possible with enough effort and C# function of Bakin.
.
4. Multiplayer function is not implemented at the moment.. though it has been requested by people. A GM mode where drag and drop for instant monster spawning and such would require a heck of a lot of code to do, the developers ain't looking to do something like that, especially online play. When the C# function gets better and Unity Exporter becomes available I think it might be possible if someone puts in the effort to make an online play add-on for Bakin.
.
So in all, right now.. what this engine can do for you is.. basic platform games (like Megaman 1 to MMX), Jrpg's such as Chrono Trigger/Final Fantasy (1 to 10). Dungeon crawlers such as like 1st person Dungeons & Dragons. Visual Novels, 3D games such as Mario 64/Croc/Banjo & Kazooie.
.
Of course, how it looks is dependant on how you use custom assets or not, time you spend on your game, if you're willing to learn other things at the same time to make your game better.. such as Blender for 3D modelling and stuff.

When you say Final Fantasy 1-10 do you mean the battle system or the level of graphics

While I haven't even attempted to play most of those games, I would hazard a guess that you couldn't recreate the nuances and complexities from some of those battle systems without some extensive rework and understanding of programming.

What if I hire somebody to code the battle system for me, will I be able to import into the game

The graphics for sure, you can import any models from anywhere on the net or even from Unity store.
The battle systems of FF1-FF10 .. you already have battle systems in place that you can use as templates, so you have the standard front-wiew jrpg style similar to how many NES rpgs were, you can also have your character models shown on screen so something like how it looks in FF4/FF5/FF6. You can also make games battle systems such as the OLD NES/SNES dungeons and dragons games style. And you can also make FPS games like DOOM style. If you want to go modern 3D style there's NO DOUBT in my mind you can make games such as the 3D version of FF3/FF4 graphics and battle system.
AGAIN though, this depends on your level of artistic flair.. can you make these 3d models? or are you going to employ someone or buy assets from somewhere..?
Bakin has the ability for you to layout your battle system menus anywhere on the screen also.. just by altering x/Y positions, you can also change graphics and use your own huds etc. it's actually quite lot of work if you're looking to create game from scratch using your own assets etc for everything.

Good thing about Bakin is you can export any code you create as files that then can be shared and imported back into bakin and it'll work. SO for example.. I could create an entire battle system for you, export it as file and give you the hud/ui graphics used too, then you just import the graphics and script back into YOUR project and it'll work. Bakin sets up all the variable/common events etc i used for you also, so it's practically just plug and play.

and NO.. berfore you ask, i cant make you a battle system.. LOL!
I've given up on Bakin myself and shelved my own project.
