It is available on their site at https://rpgbakin.com/en/roadmap though Malwarebytes and Aviva (false-positively?) classify it as a phishing site at time of writing.

There are some caveats listed at the bottom of that image with an asterisk, though none of the proposed upcoming features have an asterisk beside them, so unsure what if anything those apply to.

It is implied, to me at least that we are flying by the seat of our pants a little by the lack of firm deadlines and these two statements:

• "All content is under development and subject to change"
  
• "(in no particular order, some excerpts)"

I would not hold out for any particular feature(s), their completeness or usefulness based on this. Proof being in the pudding all that combined with it being Early Access.
