Not sure about that BUT you can certainly export files from Bakin for localization..

Game Definition > Common Terms > Localization Tool tab > Export.

We've already looked at this feature, but it looks like it's a localization feature for a built game, not a tool. Unlike the previously released SGB, it doesn't seem to support the localization of the tool easily.

oh right, you want to actually translate the entire Bakin program itself.. well, no you cant export those files. Your only option really would be to contact the developers or Sana and ask if they'd be willing to give them to you for localization and then have them import it into bakin and release that version instead.

해결을 못해서 그냥 공식 가이드 영상 찾아 따라하다가 의욕이 식어서 최근에는 손을 안 댔네요. 공식 메뉴얼 보면 어지간한 용어는 풀어서 써져 있어서 쓰는데 지장이 없긴 한데, 다음에 누군가가 한글화 해주기를 기다리고 있습니다.
