It’s said input string was not in a correct format when I try to run the game that I export.

It’s said input string was not in a correct format when I try to run the game that I export.
It’s happened with my friend Pc.

How can I solve this error.
Window10 and already install .net framework 4.6.2 or higher version.
Help please.
