I can't specify a specific method. But you can understand it easily. Try studying it.
I went the easier route. Went to Unreal. Loaded imported without problems with my pipeline. If you are going to offer advise to "help" someone. Telling the person to try studying it is not the solution/
I use software such as Bakin and Smile Game Builder for ease of use. I use software such as Unreal, Unity, or just opening another IDE when I want to truly innovate. That is when I grab a cup of coffee and read the documentation on how things are done.

There is one (or more) showing how to import 3D Models in Bakin and even about using animations in Mixamo. Very cool and detailed! I was able to import a char made with Vroid Studio (and reworked it before with blender)
