Since it's still early access, how has it been evolving? What is the current state?

I've noticed that the scripting documentation seems to still be missing - there's a placeholder page in the wiki for what will one day be the API docs I believe, but nothing there yet.

Really interested in the potential here - creating a whole level editor and eventing system from scratch for a JRPG on unity or godot always felt too much like reinventing the wheel (and even after I did mine, it was still too clunky to use compared to the streamlined UI of a devoted tool made by an experienced team), so something like this would be perfect for me.
