thinking out loud here, couldnt you create a new secondary job/class put all the second skills set on that, then just add/remove the class when you want to use the second lot of skills?

I think you can do it by calling a layout that handles two layout choices, one of the recent updates allows you to filter items and skills lists, not sure if it works on battle tho, are you on the discord official server? there we have more people who are willing to help.
