Bakin has NO built-in Action RPG setting, you need to program the Action side of things yourself.. OR.. use one of the maybe 3-4 action scripts out there but they are hard to find, and not particularly great in functionality, they all need some extra work done to them to suit your needs. SO, YES you can make Action games BUT they are limited by the current scripts and need a lot of work.
