Nah, I think ur still looking at about another 5 or so years before another Smileboom game maker comes out, IF they decide to make another. I mean Bakin do do mostly anything. The devs are producing Unity add-on for it too that'll add even more function to it also.
Bakin aside.. the devs has that extremely popular Nintendo program 'SmileBASIC' too which is their their main flagship program, especially being partnered with Nintendo for it. They'll certainly make another one of those before even another Smile/Bakin game maker is thought about.

Also worth noting that it's not even fully released yet. It's still marked as being in early access
