Apart from erratic flickering white items... I seem to have issues locating DLC items.

They are missing. Even after I uninstalled and reinstalled.

I have been looking for Comic Layout for 3 hours now trying to make sure I am not missing anything... But I give up. I cannot locate it like I did previously.

Once it's installed and in your DLC folder where Bakin is installed to you open up the layout editor and then import the layout data. It's a small button in the top right of the preview screen before the right column settings so it is very very easy to miss.
