Modern city pack
I saw that there is a modern city pack dlc for Bakin. However, it looks a lot like the pack we got for SGB. Is there anyone that can tell me if it's wise to buy the modern city pack for Bakin if I already own the pack for SGB?

If the packs are the same then they've probably been optimized to work better within Bakin and upscaled textures to look better. There is actually NO license or copyright or anything stopping you using SGB DLC in Bakin, its actually allowed, also same for Bakin assets to be used in SGB.

Cool thanks for the reply. I think I'll wait for a discount on that one. The other DLC's look really good.

I think most bakin users are waiting on a discount for Bakin DLC for the two priciest DLCs to be fair, so youre not alone in that wait.. HA!

Hmm yeah. I'm really eyeballing the DLC's. Escpecially modern city and ancient pack. They would fit perfectly in a project I'm working on. The price however.. Damn. Also no reviews to help me in any way haha.

The Modern City Pack is pretty good. It won't give you a fully detailed City but, that's to be expected since they seem to want to release them in Volumes.

The Ancient Pack is pretty good too. It gives you enough pieces to put together a decent dungeon with other Free DLC and Base Resources.

Personally I recommend getting them. The price is fairly high but, considering the amount of 3D objects and the time it would take to create them, I would rather spend the money lol.

Cool thanks for the info! Great to see someones experience with those DLC's.

Do you also have experience with the Smile objects pack?

I have that DLC also. I like it alot. Mixing the Modern City and Smile objects packs together will allow you to create a decent modern Japanese inspired town/city.
