Enable Jumping (or other powerups by default) via Lobby

Heyo,

Any chance it would be possible to add a lobby setting to allow players to jump without a powerup, say by clicking after shooting?

We've been wanting this addition since day 1, I'm hoping it can be implemented for the courses that have zero power ups, as the multiplayer without them can be quite boring, especially on the larger courses.
