I'd really like to get some more information about the crashes so that I can try and diagnose the problem. Is it crashing when downloading courses? When loading them? When playing them?
I can take a look at your game logs to see if I can find any information about the crashes. The logs are located at My Documents\My Games\MiniGolf Maker\Logs and you can send them to support@roadturtlegames.com.
Since it is crashing, the logs may not get copied to that location. The other log location is C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\LocalLow\Road Turtle Games\MiniGolf Maker\output_log.txt. However this log gets overwritten whenever you start the game, so for it to contain useful info you would have to have a crash occur and then send me the log before starting the game again. There also may be a "Crashes" folder in that same directory that may have some crash logs.
I don't know if you have already gone through with the refund, but I would really like to investigate this.
I would also like to say for the record that this is a one-man project. There is no team working on this game (aside from intermittent help from friends, and a friend of mine who handles some administration stuff like development servers). For the most part it is just me working on this so my throughput of bug fixes and new features is limited.
