CRASHING
my game is not loading. I have a brand new gaming computer. This was working fine yesterday and then it just started crashing every time I try to load. Is anyone else having this problem? I have checked and rechecked everything. Still happening. Any advice would be appreciated.

Are you using any mods perhaps? If you do, i suggest you remove them. I had chrashes when i got some mods. Removing them and then validating files fixed it.

did you go for a beta save on a stable version install? because that doesn't work

Scary bug, i'm glad I haven't had this since I only have 1 settlement and I've played for 148h (yikes!).
Can't imagine the dissapointment to get a save file corruption since there is no in-game backup saves.
Anyone know where the save files are located to manually back-up?
