Spears in Tool rack arent considered useable, even though its allowed. Hunting doesnt work while spears are in a rack as they arent considered items or useable or what ever
Also i built them inside and it states its outside.
Pickaxes and Axes are being used automatically and they putem back there.
Hammers i dont know, dont have any

They arent counted towards overall amount of spears (they keep crafting, limited to 20, i got 41 in the rack ^^

Edit: Ah I SEEE, when you put racks and storages snapped to the wall(inside the house) they will be considered outside....that sucks^^ but explains why my food is rotting inside
