Symptom:
I klick the steam play button, it sais 'launching' for 1 second, then nothing happens (exits before launch).
Info:
I installed the latest windows 11 updates today (win' update's id's: KB5034467, KB5034765)
and my latest graphics drivers and since then several games on steam can't be launched, Sapiens is one of them. I have verified the integrity of game files and rebooted, to no effect.
The windows update was quite a big one so it's not too suprising.

Specs:
Windows 11 Home, version 23H2
OS Version: 22631.3296
DirectX Version: Direct X 12
All latest CPU, GPU and Hardware updates installed.
Steam Download Cache cleared and game files verified.

Edit: Could it possibly be the latest Direct X version (12) that is causing problem? Older games using older version of Direct X can start just fine.
Edit2: Tried running the app as administrator but it did not work.
